Today was a successful day,my eating window opened at 4:15pm - closed it up at 6:00pm. I have to get out early in the morning, I think I will go somewhere for a nice breakfast. I'll see how I feel in the am. Much success to everyone this weekend, in whatever you do or don't do. Just have fun and empower yourselves someway.
